Polymorphic Apploidaens

Polymorphic Appleoidæns exist in the Anthropocene- where latent objects of desire settle into a landscape of material culture undergoing reclamation into nature. The line between industry and nature dissolves as mutations give way to fragile new life forms. Such creatures emerge- forging life from vibrant matter, turning toxicity into sustenance and thereby demonstrating nature’s incredible ability to prevail. The artworks are situated intimately on the body, near in proximity to the domains they occupied in their times as consumer goods, thereby referencing the vibrant exchange resulting from countless hours spent intertwined with such technologies.
